Paralegal or Lawyer?

Both paralegals and lawyers are licensed by The Law Society of Upper Canada.  Both have to carry Errors and Omissions Insurance when providing legal services.  Paralegals are restricted by The Law Society of Upper Canada to practice some areas of law; however, the areas of law which are provided by both paralegals and lawyers can be obtained at a considerably lower rate when using a paralegal rather than a lawyer.

Our paralegal practice has been designed to provide our clients with effective service with reasonably low fees compared to lawyers and other practising paralegals in the area.  Potential clients are always welcome to contact our office so that we can determine the merits of the case and possibly how much it would cost to take on the matter.  If for any reason, services of a lawyer will be needed, we will work with you to find the right lawyer for your specific case.
